Leslie is from Africa, and Tatev from Armenia. Their love began in Moscow and their life together as a married couple was celebrated in Yerevan, Armenia. It was a unique traditional wedding with the combination of both Armenian and African cultures and rituals. The bride greeted the guests in a national African dress. Although both cultures greatly differ, one thing remains the same: love. The bride and groom along with their guests were overcome with love and the day was filled with joy and laughter.
After the traditional wedding ceremony, there was a long and festive dinner complete with dancing and celebration. It was really a massive spectacle and in the end to all, the couple cut a huge cake on a background of colorful fireworks. The guests were delighted as was the couple.
After your traditional wedding, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to other brides?
Be open and relaxed on your wedding day. Enjoy every minute of this unique event, forget about the camera, don’t be ashamed of your tears of happiness, and embrace every guest who came to share this special day with you. Your photographer will be inspired by the uniqueness of your day and much like ours, Anna Atayan, won’t miss a single valuable moment for they realize how valuable these pictures will be for years to come.
